How quickly can you provide an interpreter?+
Same-day bookings are available 24/7 for urgent cases including police custody, hospital A&E, and out-of-hours court hearings. For non-urgent assignments we recommend at least 24 hours notice. Quote provided within 1 hour during business hours, or call 07736 333 196 for urgent requests.
Which languages do you cover?+
We cover 50+ languages including Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Somali, Tigrinya, Albanian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and many more. Can you bill the client directly or via legal aid?+
Yes — we invoice clients directly with standard 30-day payment terms. We also work within Legal Aid Agency rates for criminal and civil legal aid cases. NHS, police, and local authority framework agreements are accepted.
What clearance levels do your interpreters have?+
All our interpreters hold a current Enhanced DBS check including Children & Adults Barred Lists. Senior interpreters additionally hold NPPV3 (Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3) and CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) for sensitive court and police work.
Do you provide remote interpreting?+
Yes — we provide telephone interpreting and remote video interpreting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cloud Video Platform (CVP) for HMCTS hearings. All interpreters are equipped for secure remote working with appropriate confidentiality protocols.
