What we look for in our linguists

We work with qualified professionals only. Here's what's needed to join our network — if you're close but not quite there yet, our ICIT2 training course can help.

Recognised UK interpreting or translation qualification
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Professional indemnity insurance
Fluency in English plus at least one other language
Experience in public sector, legal or healthcare settings
Adherence to the interpreter's code of ethics
Reliable availability and professional communication
Right to work in the UK
